BEIJING, Aug. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Autohome Inc. (NYSE: ATHM; HKEX: 2518) ("Autohome" or the "Company"), the leading online destination for automobile consumers in China, today announced that its board of directors (the "Board") has approved an extension of the term of a share repurchase program (the "Share Repurchase Program")听through December 31, 2025. The Share Repurchase Program was originally authorized by the Board in September 2024, under which the Company may repurchase up to US$200听尘颈濒濒颈辞苍听of its American depositary shares ("ADSs") over the twelve months following September 4, 2024, the announcement date of such program. As of August 8, 2025, the Company had repurchased 5,422,647 ADSs for a total cost of approximately US$144 million.

The Company's proposed repurchases through extension of the Share Repurchase Program may be made from time to time through open market transactions at prevailing market prices, in privately negotiated transactions, in block trades and/or through other legally permissible means, depending on the market conditions and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. The Board will review the authorized extension of the Share Repurchase Program periodically, and may authorize adjustment of its terms and size or suspend or discontinue the program. The Company plans to fund repurchases from its existing cash balance.
