Most recently, Ms. LeMay served as Senior Vice President, Treasury Capital Markets Trading Manager at M&T Bank where she advised commercial clients on the use of derivative products to manage interest rate risk, collaborated with relationship managers to identify hedging opportunities, and played a key role in efforts around the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) to Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) transition. Previously, she built and led the Interest Rate Derivatives program at People鈥檚 United Bank, growing it into a key revenue driver and serving as a senior member of the LIBOR Cessation Steering Committee. Her other career roles include treasury and trading work at Webster Bank, Calamos Asset Management, and NCM Capital Management Group with a focus on risk management and market education.
