Among the new hires is also a Sales Trader, Joseph Radic, who brings more than two decades of experience in institutional trading. His career includes senior roles at Alliance Bernstein, Needham & Company and NDB Capital Markets. FCM has appointed James Ramp as the new Head of Investment Banking, who brings more than three decades of management experience and building new financial divisions. James鈥� career includes executive roles at Berenberg Capital Markets, Susquehanna International Group (SIG), Cowen and Rothschild Inc. He will oversee the continued growth of the firm鈥檚 capital markets and advisory platform, with a focus on IPOs, follow-on offerings, mergers & acquisitions, growth financing, SPACs and strategic advisory.
