Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund Announces Distribution of $0.08 per Share for August 2025

HOUSTON, Aug. 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (the 鈥淐ompany鈥�) announced today a monthly distribution of $0.08 per share for August 2025. This distribution is payable to common stockholders on August 29, 2025 (as outlined in the table below).

The Company declares distributions on a monthly basis, with its next distribution expected to be declared in early September. Payment of future distributions is subject to the approval of the Company鈥檚 Board of Directors, as well as meeting the covenants on the Company鈥檚 debt agreements and the terms of its preferred stock.
