Lifezone Metals to File the Kabanga Nickel Project Feasibility Study Technical Report Summary Before Market Open on Friday, July 18, 2025

The Feasibility Study will build on the foundation established by the June 2025 Initial Assessment (refer to Lifezone’s June 2, 2025 news release). While the Initial Assessment evaluated a fully integrated development concept that included mining and concentrate production at Kabanga followed by hydrometallurgical refining at Kahama, the Feasibility Study will only focus on the underground mine and concentrator.
The Feasibility Study will include the first public declaration of Kabanga’s Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves supporting a full life of mine plan. It will provide a detailed assessment of the project’s technical and economic viability, while preserving the potential for downstream processing in a future phase.
