(NYSE: SAR) (鈥淪aratoga Investment,鈥� 鈥淪aratoga鈥� or 鈥渢he Company鈥�) today announced that the Company commenced distribution of proxy materials to the Company鈥檚 stockholders for the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the 鈥淎nnual Meeting鈥�) to be held on September 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, located at 1114 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036聽

Stockholders of the Company鈥檚 common stock as of the close of business on July 29, 2025, the record date, may vote at the Annual Meeting.
