SKYX鈥檚 inclusion will become effective after the U.S. market opens on June 27, 2025.

Annual Russell index reconstitution ranks the Russell 2000庐 Index and the 3,000 largest U.S. public companies by total market capitalization. Inclusion in the all-cap Russell 3000庐 Index results in automatic membership in either the large-cap Russell 1000庐 Index or the small-cap Russell 2000庐 Index, as well as in relevant growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines index membership primarily based on market-cap rankings and style attributes.
