Universal Technical Institute (UTI) has announced a new partnership with FirstCall Mechanical through its Early Employment Program (EEP). Students in UTI's HVACR programs at Mooresville, Orlando, and Austin campuses can now gain paid work experience while studying, with opportunities for full-time employment after graduation.
The program offers significant benefits including 20-30 hours of paid work experience, up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement over five years, tool reimbursement, and relocation assistance. As part of the early employment program, participating employers may offer 20 to 30 hours of paid work experience, consideration for full-time employment, and reimbursement for education-related expenses after graduation. Participating employers establish eligibility requirements and conditions, which are between the employer and the student. More than 140 employers currently participate in the program.
As part of this partnership, students in the 听补迟 , , and 聽can apply for roles at FirstCall Mechanical and start working while still in school. Students accepted into the program will gain part-time, hands-on experience in the HVACR field鈥攍earning diagnostics, installation, and system maintenance鈥攚hile continuing their education.
EEP participants will be considered for full-time employment with FirstCall Mechanical upon graduation. The company offers up to
