On July 31, 2025, AMETEK, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto are being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
