Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
In a press release dated July 30, 2025 (the “Press Release”), The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc. (the “Company”) announced financial results for the Company’s thirteen and twenty-six weeks ended June 27, 2025. The full text of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
