On July 7, 2025, Ondas Holdings Inc. issued a press release announcing a new partnership agreement with Klear, Inc., a financial technology company offering non-dilutive working capital and treasury management solutions purpose-built for businesses serving critical supply chains. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
