(the “Company”), through an entity created solely for purposes of the transaction, announced the entry into an Equity Purchase Agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Nautical Ventures Group Inc., a Florida corporation, and all of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Marine Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company, dated June 20, 2025.
