MIDLAND, Mich., July 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ --听 (NYSE: DOW) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of 35听cents per share. The adjustment in payout size reflects Dow's balanced capital allocation approach and enhances financial flexibility amidst a persistently challenging macroeconomic environment.

With this adjustment, we are aligning the payout size to provide additional financial flexibility. The dividend is payable on September 12, 2025, to shareholders of record on August 29, 2025. This marks the 456th consecutive dividend paid by the Company or its affiliates since 1912.
