Santiago began his career with Exchange Bank in 2016 as a Senior Customer Care Representative in the Customer Care Center. In 2017, he transitioned to the Sebastopol branch as a Relationship Banker II, where he quickly distinguished himself as a trusted advisor to clients and a strong leader within the branch. Over the years, Santiago has held progressively responsible roles, consistently demonstrating his commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and community engagement.

Beyond his professional achievements, Santiago is deeply involved in the North Bay community. He has volunteered his time with organizations such as the Redwood Empire Food Bank, Catholic Charities and the Farm to Pantry, and has participated in local events that support education, youth development, and economic growth. His dedication to community service reflects Exchange Bank’s long-standing mission of giving back and fostering growth in the communities it serves.
