Morgan Stanley Investment Management鈥檚 1GT Invests in Series C Funding for Overhaul Group

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) announced today that the 1GT climate private equity strategy (1GT) participated in the $105 million Series C equity financing of Overhaul Group (Overhaul or the Company), a global leader of in-transit cargo risk management solutions. The Series C funding round was led by Springcoast Partners with participation from existing investor Edison Partners. This growth investment will support Overhaul鈥檚 continued technological advancement and strategic acquisition roadmap to establish a leading real-time supply chain risk management and intelligence platform.

Overhaul was founded in 2016 with the vision of providing a single, unified platform for in-transit supply chain management, operating around the world.
