Knisely, director of learning and talent development at RXO, oversees leadership effectiveness and career planning programs and was recognized in the Workforce Innovator category. With more than 25 years of experience dedicated to learning and talent development, Knisely led the expansion of RXO鈥檚 career development programs to be accessible to all employees, not just leaders. Knisely created a volunteer community of RXO facilitators that leverages leaders from across the business to deliver course content and scale the company's training initiatives.
