SITE Centers Announces Closing of Sandy Plains Village

BEACHWOOD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) announced today the sale of Sandy Plains Village (Roswell, GA) for $25.0 million, prior to closing costs, prorations and other closing adjustments. $18.1 million of net proceeds were used to repay mortgage debt.
