Summit Bancshares, Inc. Announces Special Cash Dividend

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on July 16, 2025, in recognition of the bank鈥檚 43rd year in business, declared a special cash dividend of $0.43 per share in lieu of the normal quarterly dividend, payable on September 30, 2025, to holders of record as of the close of business on September 9, 2025.
