CrossAmerica Partners LP Maintains Quarterly Distribution

ALLENTOWN, PA (July 23, 2025) 鈥� CrossAmerica Partners LP (NYSE: CAPL) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner has approved a quarterly distribution of $0.5250 per unit attributable to the second quarter of 2025 (annualized $2.10 per unit). The distribution attributable to the second quarter is payable on August 14, 2025, to all unitholders of record on August 4, 2025.

CrossAmerica will host a conference call on August 7^th at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss second quarter 2025 earnings results, which will be released after the market closes on Wednesday, August 6.
