Columbia Seligman Premium Technology Growth Fund, Inc. Holds 15th Annual Meeting of Stockholders

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Seligman Premium Technology Growth Fund, Inc. (the 鈥淔und鈥�) (NYSE: STK) today held its 15^th Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the 鈥淢eeting鈥�) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Stockholders voted in favor of the recommendations of the Fund鈥檚 Board of Directors (the 鈥淏oard鈥�) on each of two proposals at the Meeting.

Specifically, Stockholders re-elected Directors Daniel J. Beckman, Janet Langford Carrig, Douglas A. Hacker, and Sandra L. Yeager, each for a term that will expire at the Fund鈥檚 2028 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and all until their successors are elected and qualify. Stockholders also ratified the Board鈥檚 selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Fund鈥檚 independent registered public accounting firm for the 2025 fiscal year.
