USBC Announces Completion of Corporate Name and Ticker Change Following Strategic Acquisition

RENO, Nev., Aug. 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- USBC, Inc. (NYSE American: USBC) (鈥淯SBC鈥� or the 鈥淐ompany鈥�) announced today that it has changed its name from Know Labs, Inc.聽to USBC, Inc. The Company鈥檚 common stock will now trade on the NYSE American under the new ticker symbol 鈥淯SBC,鈥� effective at market open, August 15, 2025.

As previously announced, USBC鈥檚 name and ticker change follows the successful closing of the $125M strategic acquisition of a controlling interest in the Company on August 6, 2025 by Goldeneye 1995 LLC, an affiliate of the Company鈥檚 newly-appointed Chairman and CEO, Greg Kidd.
