Common Stock Dividends

On July 1, 2025, Global Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $0.190 per share payable on July 16, 2025 to holders of record of shares of the Company’s Common Stock at the close of business on July 11, 2025.
