On August 18, 2025, Safe and Green Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”), issued a press release that included financial information for its quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
